Our JARVIS ecosystem consists of compact modular machines that allow you to make your own 3D printing filament, even from plastic waste.
3D printing filament is a long thin plastic wire that must be made with a precise round cross-section and carefully wound onto spools. Then the plastic can be processed by all popular 3D printers.
This can be done comfortably with the JARVIS Extruder and the JARVIS Winder.
In order to be able to offer a shredder that meets every customer requirement and quality demand, we have entered a cooperation with Hellweg, one of the market leaders in this segment. The shredder is characterized by a smooth running, first-class workmanship and a perfectly consistent size of the granulate. On request, the electronics can also be converted to 220V power supply.
With this compact machine, you can easily re-grind filament that doesn't meet your expectations to pellets. Just put one end into the pulling unit, adjust the size of the pellets and leave the rest to the JARVIS Pelletizer.
The JARVIS Airpath is an air cooling unit that ensures the optimal output temperature of the filament. Due to the adjustable air flow, the high performance fans and the height adjustability of the machine, there should not be a extruder setup where the JARVIS Airpath is not fitting in.
