With this compact machine, you can easily regrind filament that doesn't meet your expectations into pellets. This not only saves material, but it also keeps the production site tidy. Superfluous filament strands, which otherwise lie scattered everywhere, can be stored as plastic pellets to save space. The produced pellets are then also particularly suitable for smaller laboratory extruders.

How does the JARVIS Pelletizer work?

The start-up of the pelletizer is very simple. While pressing the lever on the right, you can insert the filament. On the display you can turn on the big motor and set its speed. With the dial on the left, you can now adjust how fast the filament is pulled in. The pellets all fall into the pull-out drawer under the motor.

Replaceable Blade

We modified a Forstner drill to function as a blade, so we benefit from high industrial Quality for a decent price because it's a mass product. In case the blades ever get blunt, so you can resharpen them or exchange it for a new Forstner drill (we offer spare parts)

Adjustable Pullspeed

The Feeding Mechanism is based on the Bowden-Extruder principle. The Stepper Motor is controlled using the latest TMC Driver on an Arduino-CNC setup. The speed is precisely controllable using the Knob.

Adjustable Pellet Size

You can choose the length of the pellets by changing the cutting interval of the blade. This makes it easier to get an approximately round pellet shape.

Materialbox

The shredded material is collected in a Steel box and can then be conveniently removed without any mess.

Motor

We used a Powerful and reliable 24V Motor to ensure constant power and performance.
